Josh Carlson
Lead Pastor
Born and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Josh became passionate about Jesus in teen years. He graduated from Clarks Summit University in Scranton, PA, where he met is wife Courtney and earned a degree in Pastoral Ministry. He then was ordained and began serving full-time as an assistant pastor in his hometown of Plymouth. 6 years later, Josh and Courtney then moved to Atlanta, GA where Josh worked in the business world leading customer service teams at tech companies. 8 years later, following God’s calling to return to full-time ministry, they moved to Naples to begin serving as Lead Pastor at Gulf Church.
Josh and Courtney have 3 children- Tessa, Julia, and Lucy. When he’s not working, you’ll find Josh at the beach or on a boat.
KYLIE PLAXICO
GULF KIDS DIRECTOR
Kylie has the unique experience of having gone all the way through our church network’s children’s programming herself as a child. With that experience and a passion to help, protect and teach children about faith, she leads Gulf Kids with excellence. Under Kylie’s leadership, your kids will have a fun, safe engaging environment that leads them into a deeper understanding of faith.
